Solitude is a great winter resort with diverse terrain and reasonable lift ticket rates. At Solitude you will find an excellent selection of groomed runs such as the wide open Little Dollie or the wind-through-the-trees North Star run - both perfect for beginners. For advanced skiers and boarders, Solitude is probably best known for its many steep-and-deep runs in Honeycomb Canyon where virgin powder can be found for many days after the last snowstorm.

Solitude uses the latest in lift pass technology to keep the lift lines short. When you ski at Solitude, you purchase "Axcess Cards" which you keep in your pocket all day long. When you arrive at the bottom of the lift, a turnstile automatically scans your card through your clothing and grants access to the lift! Axcess Cards give incredible diversity in lift ticket types including half-day, full-day, multi-day, and even pay-per-ride.

The Solitude Alpine Skiing / Snowboard GPS map contains all the lifts, runs, restaurants, and parking lots found at the resort. It also contains the location of the mountain patrol stations, ticket sales, and more restrooms than are found on the printed trail map.
