The following policy describes how we ship your order to you.
$19.95 Flat Rate Overnight Shipping
For a limited time, order any number of products and pay only $19.95 for overnight shipping to residential addresses within the continential Unitied States, Alaska and Hawaii (excluding APO and PO boxes - see Where We Can Ship below).
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before it ships.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Software Downloads Ship Free
StoneMaps resort maps are software files that you purchase on our website. To allow you instant access to your purchased maps, many StoneMaps resort maps are available for immediate download to your computer.
You do not have to wait for these maps to be shipped to you and you pay no shipping fees. After your purchase, you will be presented with a link to download your resort map. Your resort map can be downloaded again in the future by accessing the "My Account" section of the website. You are able to download any purchased map up to five times within 30 days of your purchase. If you need to download your resort map after this time, please contact us at customer-service@stonemaps.com.
Please be aware that since downloadable StoneMaps resort maps are not delivered on physical media and are not packaged and sealed, non-defective maps cannot be returned (see our Returns Policy for details).
Where We Can Ship
We can deliver your order to almost any address world wide. If you would like to ship to a location outside of the United States, or would like to ship to an APO or PO box, please contact us at support@stonemaps.com to make the appropriate arrangements.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by contacting us at support@stonemaps.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
